About the Author
C.J. Shelby, author of "Corporate Secrets: While
America Sleeps," was just as blind as many still are in America about our government and why we do the things we do in
wartime.
She was the youngest of five. Her father was a small
businessman and her mother was a devoted home maker. She was basically raised by her mother because her father traveled throughout
the nation constructing buildings. Her mother was a strong Christian believer. Being raised in church most of her childhood
and having parents who stayed focused on family values helped shape her. She is a devoted mother herself who spends all of
her free time with her children.
She was inspired to write the book because she watched
her world turn upside down. She stumbled across some information that changed the way she sees the world now. This author
is not a writer by trade.
While she conducted the research, her plans were
not to write a book. She was just astound by all the lies Americans have been told for more than a century and had to vent
the frustrations out of her by writing down her thoughts. Her findings disappointed some of the views she had on many top
figures of today and in our history. Later, family and friends inspired her to have it published so others would be able to
read her thoughts and findings.
